Mentor Connect

NCSG Mentor Connect

Mentor Connect gives you direct access to the kind of conversations that usually take years to find. Instead of figuring things out on your own, you can talk through real situations with people who have been there, hear how others are handling similar challenges, and leave with ideas you can actually use in your business right away.

What is this program?

Mentor Connect is a member-driven program through the National Chimney Sweep Guild that brings chimney professionals together for open, practical conversation. It creates a space to share real-world experiences, ask questions, and learn from other facing similar day-to-day challenges.

By connecting members across experience levels, the program helps knowledge move more freely across the industry and strengthens the way we all work.

How does it work?

Mentor Connect sessions are held at least once per quarter and run for 2 hours on Zoom. They're free for NCSG members and their employees, making it easy to join from anywhere and connect with chimney professionals across the country.

Each session is structured but informal. You'll hear from a featured mentor, ask questions, and take part in open discussion with the group.

Registration is required for each event to receive the Zoom link.

What is a featured mentor?

Each session includes a featured mentor who helps guide the conversation and keep it productive. These are experienced professionals who bring a depth of knowledge from years in the field and are willing to share what they've learned, including what's worked and what hasn't. Past featured mentors include Mark Stoner, Anthony Valerio, Jim Leslie, Alan Rush, and Corey Flowers.

If you are interested in volunteering as a featured mentor for the next Mentor Connect event, please contact Brittney Burton at bburton@ncsg.org or 317-837-1500.
