Join us at the North Central Chimney Guild's (NCCG) Spring Workshop!

This course goes beyond the basics, diving into key customer service skills, office systems, phone etiquette, handling difficult situations, and strategies for working with different personality types. 

Attendees will also learn how to create effective job descriptions and SOPs, improve documentation, and make the most of their CRM and online reviews. 

Whether you're new to your role or looking to refine your skills, CSR 360° provides valuable insights to help you excel!

There are two convenient lodging options for attendees:

• On-Site Lodging: Stay at the camp for the full event experience! Our on-site accommodations feature rooms with two beds per room. Depending on the number of attendees, you may or may not need to share a room. Each room comes with a twin bed frame, mattress, a small chest of drawers, and a lamp for two people. Please note that each guest will need to bring their own bedding, as we only provide the bed frame and mattress. 
  
  Additionally, there will be a women's-only cabin for those who prefer a more private space. 
  
  To help us plan, if you plan to stay on-site, please let us know in advance.
   
• Off-Site Lodging: For those who prefer not to stay on-site, there is a hotel just 15 minutes away from the camp.
