This Course is primarily designed for the Safety Manager in a company whose responsibilities will include training current and new employees in roof safety, although any technician is welcome. It facilitates compliance with the NCSG/OSHA Agreement which requires a training program, and it is intended to be used as a National Trade Association Standard of Care. We will cover standard operating procedures, measurable training competencies, and regulation references all of which have one aim – that every sweep comes home every night healthy and happy to be with the ones they love. There is an examination that is both hands on practicum and written knowledge based.
