New NCSG Region Map - Effective 2/23/2010 NSCG Bylaws 87 percent of the mail ballots returned by NCSG voting (Voting and Dual) members were in favor of the bylaws amendments. The amendments became effective as of the August 13, 2009 NCSG Board of Directors meeting. Read the bylaws.
